Slovakia: My course in Malta

I attended a language course in Malta during the summer holidays. This course was for teachers who teach English language. The course was focused on two areas:
1. development and improvement of language skills of all participants
2. methodology - how to implement different methodological approaches, the demonstration, various techniques of teaching skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing and also included different ways to learn and practice vocabulary, grammar and phonology for students. The school is called Easy School of Languages and located in Valletta.

The course was at the time from 8.45 to 13.45 in the classroom. In the afternoon we participated in various cultural activities and excursions organized by the school. We visited attractions in Valletta, Mdina, Mosta, we were in various concerts and excursions in Sliema, Blue Grotto, Gozo Marsaxlokk. I have wonderful memories. Viktor's animation about the Earth which travels around the Sun

My pupils passed their final report of 4th class in June. Viktor wrote about the Earth. He made ​​an interesting animation. Earth runs around the Sun, the Moon runs around the Earth. Viktor made it from plasticine and take photos with a digital camera. Then he recorded film.

Teachers’ trip to France

In August I was on a trip to France in our school’s teachers’ company.

We saw Paris and Versailles, magical castles of the Loara Valley: Amboise, Chambord, Chenonceau and Villandry. We discovered fantastic cities in Brittany and Normandy: Mont Saint Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan and Vitre. In Champagne we got to know how champagne is made, saw the cathedral in Espine. We were also in the place of the battle of Verdun.

The trip was really great and we’re already planning the next year’s one!
