St. Andrew's Day

St. Andrew's Day is celebrated in Poland during late evening and night between 29th and 30th November. The day before St. Andrew's, in schools usualy take place different games connected with fortune telling. The most popular among them is pouring melted wax into water through a keyhole. Liquid, hot wax should be aimed into a keyhole and, therefore, figures formed from the wax in water would unveil what the future holds.

That's how 1b class celebrated St. Andrew's Day. That was a day full of different stories, fortune telling and dancing.
